Land Ho!!!

Just pulled into Salvador this morning. We're waiting to get through all the immigration procedures before we can disembark, but I'm pretty excited to start exploring.  My friend Benson and I have found a small number of others to hang with this week.  Instead of putting together a last minute trip to Rio, we've decided we may as well save some money and enjoy Salvador, as we haven't been here either!  Can't wait for the Brazilian barbecue and the nude beaches!(kidding Mom...I'm kidding).  So ya, we've chosen to use the ship as our hotel while we cruise around the town.  Looking forward to finally taking some pictures and getting some great footage to start workin on my video project.  Hope all's well back home and across the states, look forward to sharing this experience with ya! Wonderful! Soak up everything like a sponge, talk to the people of Salvador as best you can, and bask in the experience. Also... take a postcard of the ship with you in case your cab driver doesn't understand your pantomime. :)
